Adding or editing an HTML widget

HTML widgets add functionality to result list displays and detail displays. A widget can be used for both result list displays and detail displays. They can be assigned to multiple displays within a single profile or across multiple profiles.

To add or edit an HTML widget

Choose Displays from the navigation pane.

Choose HTML Widgets from the menu.

Do one of the following:

Choose Add HTML Widget.

•

Choose the Edit HTML Widget option for the widget you want to modify.

For new widgets, select the Type of widget you want to create from the drop-down list.

The widget options change according to the type you choose.

Choose the settings and insert the HTML and Javascript code that defines the widget. (For more information, see Fields: Add/Edit HTML Widget.)
